About Us

We Glorify God Together

The church is one body with many members - and a great diversity among those members. Our desire is to walk as one, and to have no separation among us. Therefore, from the oldest saint to the youngest infant, all are encouraged to join us corporately in worship. May we by God's grace keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace!

We are "Reformed"

We recognize that sound doctrine is essential for us to carry out God's will on earth as it is in heaven. What we believe is going to shape the way we live. We acknowledge the doctrines of the Protestant Reformation, as stated in the Westminster Confession of Faith, to be an excellent summary of those biblical truths. To grow in Christ, both individually and corporately, we strive to know God's word and to encourage each other in it.

We Live Optimistically

We at Christ's Church have an optimistic view of the future here on earth. Though we look forward to the resurrection of the dead and a life everlasting with the Lord, we do believe that the world can and will be filled with the knowledge of the Lord. We believe the Bible teaches this will be done by the power of the Holy Spirit working in and through the church of Christ. To this end we labor in hope!

We Enjoy God, Him and His

The Lord has taught us that as the body of Christ, He truly identifies with us. He receives the kindness or harshness we show toward each other as a kindness or harshness toward Himself. Therefore, we endeavor to enjoy God in our relationships within the body. We seek to love one another and live out all the "one anothers," which the scripture commands us, in expressing our love to Him!
